For a 20×20 pillow cover, we recommend a 22×22 insert for a plump, full look. This 2-inch upsizing rule applies to most standard covers. For very structured or zippered covers, you may only need to go 1 inch up.

Can I order a custom-sized pillow insert?

Yes. The Fluff Haus makes pillow inserts in any size — not just standard dimensions. If you need a 17×23, 15×21, or any non-standard size, we handcraft it to your exact measurements in our Hickory, NC workshop.

Are your pillow inserts indoor/outdoor safe?
